"I love watching students progress. It inspires me when I see a student who is excited to learn. Teaching is very rewarding and has taught me a lot about myself. I am thankful for the friends I have made along the way. Not to mention, I have a great time doing it."
Mr. Maeso enjoys sparring. He enjoys the challenge of reading and reacting to his opponent. "It’s something you can always improve." Mr. Maeso has earned nine gold, two silver and two bronze medals. He owes his success to Master Lim’s training.
Music is a passion of Mr. Maeso. He comes from a musical family and has played guitar since the age of 12. He enjoys writing and performing his own music. When Mr. Maeso is not at the dojang or playing various instruments, he might be found on a local golf course. Like most golfers, he has found the sport a bit frustrating but will patiently try to improve.
