Started Taekwondo: 1993 "Taekwondo is something I truly love. It has had a huge impact on my life by teaching me the value of respect, confidence and self-discipline. Growing up with these values of Taekwondo has helped me mature into the person I am today. My goal as an instructor is to give each student the opportunity to benefit physically and mentally from Taekwondo the way I have." Master DeWilde has been instructing at Master Kim's Taekwondo since 1998. He also serves as an adjunct professor and teaches Taekwondo philosophy and techniques at Monroe Community College. He holds an international referee certification from the World Taekwondo Headquarters (Kukkiwon). Academically Master DeWilde graduated from St. John Fisher College with a degree in childhood and special education, and has earned his Master’s in Education from State University College at Brockport. |
